What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card or paypal. If you can't pay by these payment methods, contact salesuk@blacksheepclothing.co.uk for info on alternate payment methods. Sorry, we don't accept orders over the phone.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through checkout.

What are your estimated delivery times?

We ship via Royal Mail Delivery Service and you can see estimated delivery times below.

Destination Delivery Time
UK 3-5 working days from dispatch
EU 5-7 working days from dispatch
Rest of World 7-10 working days from dispatch

What shipping methods are available?

If we are dispatching large or more than two items on your order we will send your parcel by either a tracked standard 1-3 day or courier next day service depending on the size and value of your order, both of which will require a signature upon delivery.

We can also offer delivery upgrades to guaranteed next day service for an additional fee (United Kingdom only). If you have or would like to place an order on upgraded delivery please call 01325 288341. This service is not available online.

How can I make a change to my order?

If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at salesuk@blacksheepclothing.co.uk and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?

Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email salesuk@blacksheepclothing.co.uk and we can confirm that the order was placed.

Do you sell for wholesale?

We receive many emails from retailers interested in wholesale information, unfortunately we do not sell to retailers. Sorry!

Returns & Exchanges

I was sent the wrong order/defective order

If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at salesuk@blacksheepclothing.co.uk with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you.

I want to exchange an order

Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The packing slip that was included with your order has the instructions for an exchange at the bottom of the page. If you no longer have the packing slip you can email us at salesuk@blacksheepclothing.co.uk and we can let you know how to exchange your shirt.
